Saghir & Sara’s wedding
Saghir & Sara chose the beautiful Wrest Park in Bedfordshire as their venue for their Nikkah ceremony.
The English Heritage manor house is located in Silsoe, and is a Grade I listed country estate which sits amongst a gorgeous garden and surroundings. So with this heritage to consider, it was only apt for Saghir & Sara to arrive in style – a classic silver Jaguar E-type to be precise. It looked stunning in front of the building, even on a grey and overcast day.
As the guests were starting to arrive, it gave me a chance to get some portraits of Saghir & Sara within the beautiful rooms of Wrest Park. The ornate decorations, chandeliers and impressive ceilings added drama to the portraits, and it felt you had traveled back in time to that era. Both Saghir & Sara were relaxed throughout the whole day, and it made for some great shots. With the use of a golf buggy, we were able to explore some of the beautiful and vast gardens, with many unique features and out houses.
Back at the venue, the Nikkah ceremony took place. It was an intimate affair with their very close friends and family in attendance. This was followed by a delicious lunch provided by Greenleaf in the afternoon.
Congratulations to both Saghir & Sara again! Had a great time being their Asian wedding photographer in Bedfordshire within such a stunning and intimate venue. Below are some highlights from their day.
