Anup & Neemi’s civil ceremony
I had the pleasure in photographing Anup & Neemi’s civil ceremony at the picturesque setting of Sopwell House, St Albans.
Anup and Neemi couldn’t have chosen a more perfect setting. Sopwell House is set within 12 acres of garden near St Albans. A posh Georgian mansion which was once home to non other than Lord Mountbatten. As a wedding photographer, you dream of venues like this as there were so many opportunities to take great shots.
The day started as it meant to go on – sunny warm and full of joy and excitement. As family friends, I have known Anup for many years so it was great seeing so many familiar faces come together and celebrate.
The intimate civil ceremony was held in a pagoda, set outside in the beautiful garden. I was able to take advantage of the surroundings for some great portraits of the newlyweds before more guests arrived for their epic reception.
Part two of their wedding was at the Oshwal Centre in Potters Bar, which can be found here.
Huge congratulations to Anup & Neemi and thank you for choosing me as your Indian wedding photographer in Hertfordshire. I had a really fun time on their amazing wedding and all the best for the future.
Here are a few highlights from their day:
