Brian and Veronica chose the Trinity Church in Sutton for their wedding, and The Surrey National Golf Club for their reception.
As a wedding photographer, I am fortunate to be able to shoot in many different venues, and this one was a standout. The grand setting was a fitting venue for such an occasion. Brian and his family were first to arrive, and it didn’t take long for the church to fill up. Guests started to congregate, eagerly awaiting Veronica’s arrival.
They didn’t have to wait long, as she and her father made their way down the aisle to meet Brian. It was a wonderful ceremony full of tradition, and was a joy capturing all the expressions and emotions from the guests, as well as the happy couple.
Afterwards we made our way to The Surrey National Golf Club for the start of the reception. The spectacular grounds made for an epic backdrop for some portraits, before the party really kicked off. It was a great occasion to be part of, with families from two different backgrounds coming together to celebrate as one. With everyone fed and watered, the dance floor was opened for some epic dance moves. Veronica also performed a surprise dance routine which wowed the guests.
Brian and Veronica made sure I was treated like a guest on the day which I am very grateful. They both make a great couple – so chilled and relaxed – which made it all the more easier to document them as a wedding photographer in Surrey. Huge congratulations to both of them, and wish them all the happiness and joy in the future.
