I had the absolute pleasure in photographing Gurdip & Ravneek’s pre-wed shoot in Holland Park, London.
After the cold snap we were recently having, we were blessed with almost tropical weather in sunny West London. It was only apt that we chose Holland Park and the surrounding areas for their pre-wed shoot. Holland Park is a stunning green space with exotic plants and trees, and is also home to the amazing Kyoto Gardens. As people were milling around and enjoying the long-awaited warm weather, we explored the park and found some nice spots for some couples portraits.
It would have been really easy to stay in the park and take more portraits, but we decided to venture further towards Notting Hill to get more variety of shots. And am I glad we did! We came across this stunning residential mews which offered a beautiful backdrop for some more creative shots. As an Asian wedding photographer in London, these are the spot you dream in finding. Pre-wed shoots for me are meant to be a little adventurous and experimental in order to find hidden gems.
I had a lot of fun with Gurdip & Ravneek on the shoot. Both were chilled out and soon got into the grove in front of the camera. Here are some highlights from their pre-wed shoot:
