I had a great time documenting Pratiek & Heenal’s pre-wed shoot in the City of London.
I love exploring and finding new places to shoot in London, and I was really pleased when I came across a hidden right in the middle of the city. St Dunstan-in-the-East is a church ruins originally built in 1100, but was severely damaged firstly in 1666 in the Great Fire of London, and then finally during the blitz of World War II. Since then, it has been transformed into a public gardens, but many of the original historic features of the church remain.
So when it came to photographing Pratiek & Heenal, St Dunstan-in-the-East was perfect. It was a case of finding some unique backgrounds with nice light, and letting them both do their thing. Afterwards, we ventured further into the area and found some more creative backgrounds to shoot with.
