Kunal & Niki

“Thanks again for taking such great photos and making it a memorable day for us!’

Hindu Wedding & Reception | Dunchurch Park Hotel | Warwickshire

A super fun wedding for a super fun couple. I loved every moment of Kunal & Niki’s wedding & reception at Dunchurch Park Hotel in Warwickshire

Preparing for an epic day ahead

I arrived at the Dunchurch Park Hotel early to get reacquainted with the stunning venue and its vast grounds. This gave me the opportunity to capture some detail shots of the surrounding grounds before heading into the main hall for shots of the mandap and decor, beautifully set up by Wed-In-Style.

It was then onto the bridal suite to see Niki whilst she was getting her hair and make-up done. She was in a super-chilled mood with her two sisters with her, excited for what the day was to bring.

A lively entrance

Meanwhile outside, Kunal and his family were making their way down the drive towards Dunchurch Park Hotel. With the groom mounted on a beautiful white horse and a Baja Band ramping up the noise and excitement, the procession danced their way towards the venue to eventually meet up with Niki’s family.

Once guests were seated in the main hall, Kunal made his entrance flanked by his brother and Niki’s parents and niece. After a short ceremony, it was Niki’s turn to make her way down the aisle with her older brother. The emotions and pride were there for all to see from Niki’s parents and siblings.

A beautiful ceremony full of emotion

The ceremony was beautifully conducted by UK’s first female Hindu priest, Chanda Vyas, with everyone in the room listening to her every word. From my point of view, it was a great photographing all the emotions, tears of joy and reactions from everyone involved. It was a ceremony of high spirits, laughter and excitement.

After the Hindu wedding, guests made their way onto the terrace at the back of the venue where Kunal & Niki ran the confetti gauntlet. Once the confetti had been picked out of the newlyweds hair, we had some time to take advantage of the stunning grounds at Dunchurch Park Hotel for couple portraits.

We were blessed with gorgeous natural light, so it was a case of finding some nice spots and allowing Kunal & Niki be natural with each other in the environment. It makes it so much easier for me as an Indian Wedding Photographer when the couple are sometimes oblivious to me being there, which in turn creates beautifully natural portraits. This was certainly the case with these two!

A fitting way to end an incredible day

Fast-forward to the reception after drinks and canapes, the night of entertainment continued. Bollywood dancing, speeches, a choreographed dance from family members as well as the more spontaneous moves on the dancefloor, the reception kept everyone entertained till the late hours.

It was an absolute pleasure being Kunal & Niki’s Indian Wedding Photographer in Warwickshire, documenting their special day with all the people they love the most around them. Congratulations to the happy couple and thank you for choosing and trusting me to capture the most important day of your lives.

There were so many standout moments on their day and here are a few of their highlights:
