Rudding Park

Located in beautiful Harrogate, Yorkshire, Rudding Park has to be up there as one of my favourite wedding venues to photograph in.

One of the first things that will strike you is the views. From the back of the main house, the scenery is spectacular, and it stretches for miles. This makes it a perfect opportunity to get some great couples portraits and for guests to mingle and enjoy the surroundings.

Rudding Park also offers luxury accommodation, a spa, two golf courses, two restaurants, a cinema and 300 acres of landscaped gardens and woodlands. Oh, and also a historic chapel on site for blessings. It truly is a special place to pick as your Wedding Venue.

If that wasn’t enough, they also offer a ‘Love Island’ wedding experience. This is essentially a small island in the middle of their lake which you row towards in a small boat. It gives newlyweds the opportunity to enjoy their first moments as a married couple with a glass of champagne, all alone.
